• Question: Is there any way to decrease bugs germs from spreading?? (apart from good hygiene)

      Good hygiene covers a broad area of topics (e.g. washing hands before eating, keeping surfaces clean etc) and so will protect you from many possible illnesses that you might pick up.

      Most things are common sense – don’t sneeze into your hand and then touch a surface, avoid putting hot food straight into the fridge. Making sure you cook food at high temperatures for long enough.

      You don’t need to go over board and become a germ0phobe but just taking a few moments to think have I been somewhere where I must have possibly come into contact with areas that might harbour germs that might make me ill.
