No, I don’t agree with biological warfare. It represents the potential for indiscriminate killing that other weapons of mass destruction (such as nuclear or chemical weapons) can’t. Other weapons have a limit – even if that is only the distance in which they are effective – whereas using pathogens for warfare could spread rapidly across the globe, infecting military and civilian alike.
No, as it does not discriminate between civilian and soldier. There is also the possibility of unforeseen effects that could last a long time which could affect more people or the environment.
Definitely not. Killing people in war is bad enough but there is a limit to how much control we have over any organism even if we have created it. Living things evolve and adapt so as each of the others said the risk is way too way and the results could be horrible.
